A moment of sharing to reflect on a year of growth
On Friday, December 5, ENGLOBE held its traditional Christmas Dinner, bringing together professionals from the Pesaro, Fano, and Milan offices. The evening also provided an opportunity to reflect on the 2025 journey—an eventful year marked by new commissions, the expansion of multidisciplinary teams, improved internal processes, and the consolidation of an integrated design model.
The value of people along the journey
The evening centered on the question, “Where are we headed?”, focusing on awareness of the path taken and the direction ahead. ENGLOBE representatives were invited to share their reflections in response. Their contributions highlighted the central role of people and collaboration, where diversity and multidisciplinarity are invaluable assets that ensure shared, sustainable growth.
Toward 2026: design, innovation, and operational continuity
Beyond being a moment of enjoyment and conviviality, the Christmas Dinner also served to outline key strategic directions for the year ahead, with particular attention to process digitalization, strengthening BIM, advancing building services engineering, internal training, and the evolution of the organizational model.
