data-end=\"387\">Marche and Umbria regions<\/strong>, is a historic architectural landmark dating back to the <strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"461\">10th century<\/strong>. The site holds a central role in Franciscan history, as it was the <strong data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"598\">first convent in the Marche region to host Saint Francis in 1210<\/strong>.
